For decades, Steven has worked on large-scale digital transformation and award-winning initiatives for global brands including: McDonald’s, Samsung, Marvel, Shiseido, Johnson & Johnson, CVS Health, AT&T, Reckitt, MassMutual, New Balance, Nike, Clarins and many more. His successful track record and accomplishment led him to be named to Campaign’s A-List in 2017 and 40 Over 40 list in 2020.

    Prior to joining the agency in late 2019, he was US CTO of RGA, UK CEO of Dentsu's Isobar and Regional Managing Director of SapientNitro.

    Eliza brings a data-first approach to ensure breakthrough creative delivers on business, brand, experience and communication objectives. She has client-side experience at Microsoft and Mondelez and agency-side experience partnering with a range of clients from Amazon, Facebook, Coke, Nike, McDonald's, Skittles, Clinique, Philips and Accenture.

    Eliza has also worked on various industry and social initiatives, including TED's Ads Worth Spreading, publishing a white paper on Social Activism on Young Adults for Ad Age and holding a 7 year seat as Board Director for the Advertising Club of New York.


    Courtney leads key client engagements at Barbarian, overseeing Account Management and Project Management, providing direction on agency operations, and championing Barbarian's cultural initiatives. She has helped transform brands and create award winning work for NFL, Gillette, Pantene, L’Oréal, Danone and more.

    Courtney’s guiding principles for impeccable outcomes are transparency, rigorous interrogation and treating clients’ businesses like they are our own.


    Tim Wilson is an internationally experienced designer, storyteller, brand builder and creative leader specializing in finding new and innovative ways to connect brands to their audience. He delivers experiences that leverage bold ideas and world-class design and communication, utilizing existing and evolving forms of technology to unlock a great story, ad, digital experience, or product.

    Tim thinks product-out and fundamentally understands that digital work is an extension of the product/service itself. He's also known as a leader that empowers his teams to grow and learn. Tim builds out and mentors teams to produce work that combines strong concepts and craft, supported by smart and surprising uses of technology, to create connected experiences that delight customers at every touchpoint.


    As Chief Technology Officer, Lawrence focuses on Barbarian's technology capabilities, talents and processes so the agency can stay at the forefront of solving clients' complex business problems and meeting their technology needs.

    Lawrence is a technology specialist that creates software, scales teams and uses technology to enable creative ideation. With over two decades of tech experience in Ad agency settings, Lawrence has built a stellar reputation and is known for his innovative thought leadership, creative approach to integrating tech into brand stories, and strong commitment to industry DEI initiatives.


    Mark leads the “behind- the-scenes" operations at Barbarian, from overseeing the agency's financial strategy, planning and analysis to providing strategic support on all internal operations.

    With over 20 years experience in the advertising and event space industries, Mark has guided companies to invest in breakthrough capabilities and push for continuous growth. He has also organized and streamlined internal processes to ensure efficiencies, while never compromising the core of an agency's mission and values. Mark has worked alongside and partnered with clients such as Microsoft, Johnson and Johnson, Kimberly Clark, Cabury and Diageo.


    With over 15 years experience marketing communications agencies, Alec is focused on increasing Barbarian's growth opportunities and marketplace reputation.

    Having worked with creative, digital, public relations and media agencies, Alec brings a unique 360° perspective to our agency's growth. He will manage prospects through all stages of the funnel, including agency marketing, consultant relationship building, prospecting, vetting, crafting RFP/RFI responses, pitch strategy, casting and coaching, and contract negotiations.
